Project Overview
Landmark Overlook is a redevelopment of an existing 8.2-acre parcel
located at the SW corner of the intersection of Duke St and South Walker St East of the Duke St interchange with I-395. The property is in the booming West End of the City of Alexandria, VA. The property is directly across Duke St. from the new $1Billion Inova Regional Hospital project.
Development Plan
West End Development Associates (WEDA) will develop the property in up to four Phases:
• Phase I will consist of two-over-two condo units
• Phase II will be a multi-family building
• Phases III & IV will be two commercial lots along Duke Street.
